Borders are closed or come with a long list of restrictions, flights are cancelled and most meetings happen on a screen. For most of my work that is fine.<\/p>\n<p>Incident response is the exception. When a customer\u00b4s whole environment is down, some things simply need hands on keyboards in the server room. So I have crossed a few borders anyway, with letters explaining why I need to be there, a lot of hand sanitiser and a strange feeling of walking through empty airports.<\/p>\n<p>The attackers haven\u00b4t paused.
